The Hotel Restaurant has established an enviable reputation for warm hospitality, fine food, excellent wines and agreeable surroundings. The Restaurant offers a wide selection of à la carte meals and specialises in seafood including, Dover Sole, Salmon and locally caught, fresh Lobster. The Hotel is a Free House and its large Lounge Bar and Dining Area are famed for the wide choice of Bar Meals on offer (including home-made Steak and Kidney Pie - something of a speciality at the Anchorage!), and the broad selection of Real Ales, Fine Beers, Wines and Spirits available.

The Menu includes a vegetarian selection together with a choice of children's favourites.The Hotel's Cocktail Bar is a popular place to sit, unwind and make plans for the following day: a relaxing laze on a nearby beach; a jaunt out to the sea on a yacht; an energetic morning on Holy Island; perhaps a little fishing; or simply a day taking-in the scenic beauty of the area and enjoying a glimps of the rare sea birds, wild flowers and butterflies, all of which abound along the coast, hedgegrows and fields of Anglesey.
